Delivery & returns
When you buy an item from a Retailer on StyleMeTV, you should be able to expect a high standard of customer service, both before and after you receive your order.
All the Retailers featured on StyleMeTV delivery to anywhere in the UK. Many also delivery to other countries around the world. You can read the Retailer’s Delivery Policy on any product page from that Retailer.
We help you purchase from a number of different retailers at the same time by providing FREE standard delivery irrespective of how many Retailers you are purchasing from. Our aim is to provide you with FREE DELIVERY whenever we can. * Some retailers exclude themselves from this offer and their charge will be itemised separately.
Express Delivery is charged separately per Retailer. The Express Delivery option will be coming soon.
Retailers featured on StyleMeTV vary in their Returns Policies. You can read the Retailer's Returns Policy on any product page from that Retailer or by clicking on the link in the Retailer Index.
Please note that items purchased from StyleMeTV Retailers need to be returned directly to the Retailer and not to StyleMeTV.
If you want to return an item please contact your Retailer and return the item directly to them within the appropriate timeframe stated on the Retailer’s Return Policy.
If you receive an item that is different to what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please contact your Retailer directly to report the defect or damage within 7 days of receiving the delivery. You can return your item to the Retailer who will notify StyleMeTV to issue a refund.
When you purchase an item from a Retailer, StyleMeTV charges your credit card and passes on payment, less a commission, to your Retailer. For you to secure a refund equivalent to your initial purchase price, your Retailer must request a refund via StyleMeTV.
Where a refund is necessary, such as when your Retailer is out of stock and cannot ship, or when you return an item, it is the responsibility of the Retailer to request that refund. StyleMeTV provides Retailers with instructions on how to create refunds.
Retailers may issue full or partial refunds for an order.
Refunds are typically processed by StyleMeTV within one week of the Retailer's request. The funds will be deposited back in your debit/credit card account and StyleMeTV will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
